The University of Miami Neuroimaging Facility was created in order to permit and promote interdisciplinary neuroscience research. In accordance with the goals of the University of Miami, the mission of the center is to acquire, advance and disseminate knowledge of neuroscience and psychology.
The facility is dedicated to informing research through the use of structural and functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) techniques, to improving imaging technology, and to educating the academic and public communities.
