The Bridging Research on Anxiety, Innovations, and Neuroscience - BRAIN Group at the University of Miami is committed to understanding the neural correlates of anxiety across the lifespan, and applying this knowledge to the development of novel treatments for anxiety disorders.

Our program utilizes a range of research techniques, including behavioral, psychophysiological, and fMRI methods. Current studies focus on the role of affective flexibility, fear conditioning, and attention biases in the development and maintenance of anxiety.

We are located within the Neuroscience Building/Cox Annex at the University of Miami Coral Gables campus.
